The Role 📜

We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Specialist for the Spanish market to join our team and serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, assisting in the growth of Huming within the Spanish market.

As a member of the onboarding specialist team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, ensuring their optimal utilization of the platform, and collecting their feedback. One of your primary challenges will be to ensure that our product is fully adaptable to the client's needs. This entails achieving a seamless integration with the client, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying potential improvements and opportunities in the product.

 

What you'll be doing:
  • Onboard our new Spanish clients by assisting them through video calls and email until Huming is fully implemented in their organization.
  • Provide a consultative approach to clients to guarantee a completely personalized experience when configuring their accounts.
  • Understand our clients' issues and needs and gather their feedback.
  • Share points of improvement that can assist us in creating the best customer journey and unlocking the market.

Your Profile 🧐

  • Proactivity: You'll need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated, and customers have the best experience implementing Factorial.
  • Quick learner: Can quickly become an expert in the software and will find it easy to stay updated with product updates.
  • Problem-solving mindset: The ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to address unexpected customer requests.
  • Good analytical sense: When onboarding our clients, you'll need to understand market specifics and translate this knowledge into information that the Product team can use to further improve our solution.
  • You speak native-level Spanish.
  • You speak communicative English.
  • Previous experience as an onboarding specialist/implementation owner or customer success experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Music Industry is a plus!
